Free Returns: We offer free returns on all items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, simply Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with a prepaid, insured return label for your convenience. Simply print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.
No Restocking Fees: On items purchased on PinevilleMusic.com, we never charge restocking fees on returns.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All orders ship free to the contiguous 48 states.
